After the order is successfully paid, you will receive a confirmation email automatically sent by the system.

Returns & Exchanges

Before returning the product, please send relevant product photos to customer service. When we reply and confirm that it is damaged, please apply for a return in the return system, and then return the product according to the instructions.

**If the returnable product is returned due to damage, but the photo of the relevant product has not been sent to customer service first, the processing time will be longer than usual. **

If the following conditions are met, the product is not within the scope of defects:

In the process of mass production, the thread ends are not trimmed completely, tiny flaws that cannot be identified by the naked eye, traces of chalk marks that are easy to remove, wrinkles, etc.
The unavoidable fiber smell of commodity raw materials or production process.

It takes one day for the system to process the order, please apply on the next day after receiving the product. Please check the content carefully, and contact customer service if you have any questions.

If you fail to apply for a return or exchange, your product may not be eligible for return or exchange; if you confirm that the product is returnable and you receive the product on the same day, you need to wait until the next day to apply.
